1. Free Standard delivery for a minimum value of SGD$300 in one order, otherwise $25 delivery fee will be imposed.
– For Standard Delivery, orders received before 12pm will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment is received.
2. Deliveries will be made from Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays.
– Orders received after 12pm will be considered next working day.
3. For urgent orders requiring delivery within 1 working day, a SGD$40 delivery charge will be levied. Orders have to be received before 12pm.
4. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.
5. At this moment, we do not offer self-collection.
6. Normal delivery hours are between 9am to 9pm from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in the Republic of Singapore. Please state your delivery preferences either before 5pm or after 5pm.
7. We will inform you of the date of delivery via email or phone.
8. The Goods shall be delivered to the address specified on your order.
9. The Goods shall be signed for at the time of delivery. Anyone at the address specified on your order who receives the Goods shall be presumed by the Company or its agents to be authorized to receive the Goods on your behalf.
10. In circumstances where no persons are available to sign for the delivery of the Goods at the address specified on your order, the Company shall accept your instructions as stated in your order as to where to leave the Goods, and you shall bear full liability for any loss of or damage to the Goods arising therefrom.
11. Additional surcharge of $10 applies for deliveries to Sentosa or Jurong Island
12. There will be re-delivery charge of additional $20 per location in the event that no one is around to receive the goods when being delivered. Hence kindly inform us at least 2 business days beforehand at sales@affordablewines.com.sg to reschedule your delivery.
