The 2015 Bourgogne Blanc from Arnaud Ente is initially quite reduced, so decanting is advised if you’re drinking this young, but with time in the glass a pretty bouquet of apple, pear and iodine begins to take shape. On the palate, the wine is medium-full, sappy and succulent, with more richness and texture than the Aligoté . Ente’s constantly delicious Bourgogne Blanc comes from young vines (a portion in the commune of Puligny, planted in 2002, and the rest in the commune of Meursault, planted in 2012)
